Encryption problem testshib.org

You had multiple metadata files on record.

mofan.xml   - uploaded 17th 
shibfido.xml  - uploaded 19th 

I have removed both. You may begin again. 
Please note your file name so you can overwrite it when you change things on your end (like the key :)
