2.x upgrade oddity

Yeah, I had just figured out what the problem was. Thanks for taking the time
to respond.

I inherited this system and wasn't fully aware of how it was configured. We
weren't using the war file in the context container definition but rather a
directory which was 2.3.5. Switching to the war file and now on 2.4.4 as
expected.
