2.x upgrade oddity

Hello,

In Feburary I upgraded our identity provider installs from 2.3.5 to
2.4.4. That seemed to be successful yet while diagnosing some problems
this week I discovered that /idp/status still says we're running 2.3.5.

I followed the directions here

Any ideas on what I may have missed or where to look? I'm not very
familiar with building java applications under Ant so not sure where to
look. Thanks for any help and sorry if I missed where this has been
previously covered.
