IdP user authendication using mysql user table

Hi all,
I am facing the below error while testing with sp.testshib.org. Please
guide me

Login Failure: Error constructing implementation (algorithm:
JavaLoginConfig, provider: SUN, class: sun.security.provider.ConfigFile$Spi)
