Instead of jumping into the argument on if IdP initiated SSO is secure when
expecting a signed authnrequest, Johan I'll just point you to the
discussion on this list on the same topic from a few months ago (just
search for my email and you'll find it). I was going to make a feature
request to make this configurable and it fell off my plate since it was
just a lower priority on my end (my fault).
