Shib IdP 2.4.4 Issue

The metadata for http://vmohsucsy097.oracleoutsourcing.com:40713/oam/fed has expired... This happens periodically and it appears that there are issues generating "long lived" metadata...

Well, I don't know about that heap space error but that metadata location was phased out over a year ago. The *real* metadata location is documented here: https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/SoG8Ag
