Hi Lists:

I have newly taken on a Shibboleth implementation - the
'eduPersonTargettedId' attribute  has been setup similar as
https://shibsp.ntu.ac.uk/confluence/display/SHIB2/Generating+and+Returning+eduPersonTargetedID

Is it possible to generate eduPersonTargettedId outside of Shibboleth?

An application that has reported abuse can provide the eduPersonTargettedId
- we do not have auth logs that far back to check - we will need to
generate 'eduPersonTargettedId' from all the 'uids' (fortunately not many).
