Noob stuck at installation procedure of IDP 3

[Per Lundholm]

It is deployed for sure, or it would not be render a page with the new logo.

What puzzles me is that there are no IDP logs created, nor in idp/logs or
in /var/logs.

Also, as said, the war looks so empty.
