Scott,
  Thanks for the confirmation. I certainly wouldn't want to do this in
general practice, and wouldn't do it at all if this weren't high profile
with a shiny, new CIO's eyes on the project.

I'm very excited by my test instance of v3. We should be moving to that
this summer (as long as I can get a handle on my nightmares about key
rollovers...)
