Subject canonicalization flow selection strategy

Thanks! I might end up using the ScriptedPredicate after all. Working in
containerized environment, I suppose it would be easier to modify a script
in a config file, rather than dropping a jar into the context, etc. (Way
too many hops to pass through) 

If I end up writing one in Java, would that be something I could
contribute?

To which I should note, I deliberately moved all of the Predicate and
Function classes created by us into the API packages/modules so that
anybody relying on them for whatever purpose can do so safely, they're
public.
