ADFS + Shib 2 Idp + CAS

Sorry to ponder. Why are we choosing to create an additional login context and not adding it as a handler?

Just one thing...never modify web.xml in-situ, always put it in conf/web.xml and then it will overlay the original. Otherwise upgrades will be error prone.
