Tracking of Xerces DOS fix in RH / SUSE

In case it's of interest, Red Hat and the OpenSUSE projects have the recent Xerces bug tracked [1] and it's working it's way through their process I guess. Running the SP on those systems right now is essentially unsafe, but if you care, tell them to hurry up I guess. ;-)
