IDP 3.1.0 - Ldap - Operation exception encountered, reopening connection

It's good to know that the IdP announces its version and some other cool stuff into the idp-process.log file:

What sort of install?  Windows or ant?  In general both of them should "do the right thing" in the face of a same version upgrade (get rid of old stuff and reinstall new stuff
