Assuming they are in fact differently specified, that one's on me, I 
changed that in 3.1 as an "improvement" to factor out an additional 
setting and didn't notice they were in fact not the same.

We may be able to use SpEL to sync them up on the fly so the property is 
one form for both even if the underlying syntax isn't.

Either way, please file.
