IdP 3.1 - metadata config not working

This is the V2 UK Federation specific example. The wiki page now has the duration instead of an integer.

The value is dependent on context, there's no right or wrong choice.

If the V2 documentation is showing an example that uses an integer instead of a duration, though, that's worth fixing.
