IDP 3.1 Wrong keysize

Scott,

One of our team members is investigating managing our local metadata resources using Jagger http://jagger.heanet.ie/, by default it puts tripledes-cbc as the first entry in the list. We have moved it to the last entry to work around the problem.

Just curious...in what situation/SP is it be listed first? This is a Shibboleth SP? Maybe it's running on Red Hat 4 or something?
