The difference in those two context classes, yes. I need to get this added to the Release Notes page, but to enable the fix, you do have pull in an edit to conf/authn/general-authn.xml and add a bean we added. I forgot to make a note of that addition. Without that edit, the capability to fix it is there but it won't actually change the behavior. On new installs, it just works.

It can't eliminate the issue in every possible case if people use custom context classes, they have to supply some weighting information to guide the algorithm, but it's now aware of these two out of the box.
