You said the second tab is redirecting to the externalAuth path, which is what the IdP does when it needs to authenticate the user with the External handler. That's not an error. So I don't know what you're asking, but I already told you that two tabs cannot, will not, and will never work with the V2 IdP. Any thing involving overlapping requests from one client is guaranteed to fail unpredictably.
