Can I redirect users to login pages in different languages?

Rod and I were talking about this for other reasons today, and I dug down in the iPhone settings to see what I could see. Under iOS 8, at least, if you look in Settings -> General -> Language & Region, there's a section called "Preferred Language Order" which is labelled with "Apps and websites will use the first language in this list that they support."
This *sounds* like a way to change the Accept-Language header, it's just not in the Safari settings as it (presumably) applies system-wide to all HTTP clients.
