Shibboleth error 500.0 code 0x80004005 Extension mode startup not possible

finally i found!!!!!!!
it was the C\windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config which was corrupt
the line 
<add name="IsapiFilterModule" image="%windir%\System32\inetsrv\filter.dll" />
was missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


so now the filter loads, but i get a 403 error if i go on https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/shibboleth/status
and if I go on https://localhost/shibboleth/status i get a xml response

hello my last hope,
i have install shibboleth 2.5.3 on a windows web server 2008 with IIS7.
all isapi parameters follows the installation guide and appear (in my eyes) to be correct.
When i go on localhost/shibbolteh.sso/status, i have:
Erreur HTTP 500.0 - Internal Server Error
Impossible d'afficher la page, car une erreur interne au serveur s'est produite. Informations supplémentaires sur l'erreur

and it generate a event 2100:

Extension mode startup not possible, is the DLL loaded as a filter?
I have give full control on ntfs right on the shibboleth installation c:\opt
Now i have no leads...
