Shib 3.0.0 on Windows - zero byte aacli.bat

I tried unsuccessfully to pin it on McAfee (the most likely suspect), but
couldn't. I think it's being downloaded OK and then zapped upon execution
but only under certain, as yet unknown, circumstances. I'll try to
remember to check it out again when I move to 3.1.

I've just checked my installs of 3.0.0.11 and 3.1.0.0-rc1 and in both
cases the file is there untouched. I also looked in the cab file from the
msi (just in case) and it is there as well.

Have you checked your AV logs?

It might slow you down but you could also fire up procrun during the
install (and just get it to filter for this file) to see what's happening,
since my suspicion has to be that it is being created by the installer and
then truncated by something else..
