Shib 3.0.0 on Windows - zero byte aacli.bat

FYI, aacli.bat got zeroed out again as I updated from 3.0.0.10 to
3.0.0.11.

Well, I guess that makes it one of those "interesting" scenarios then...

The only "oddity" I can think of would be the fact that I was installing
to a restored VM that had been installed to previously (in a different
location), but given that the restore predated any Shibboleth installation
(beta or otherwise), it shouldn't matter.

I did find that when I uninstalled it from the default location and then
reinstalled it in C:\Apps\Shibboleth, Jetty got reinstalled in the default
location rather than in the new location which was what I was expecting.

I'll scratch my head a bit more and will get back if I can reproduce the
aacli.bat obliteration...
