I would guess that the reason you're getting this false claim that it's 
working for other people is that they set these up with different 
bindings. Ours is running with POST, not Redirect, and the message it's 
sending has a Destination attribute like it should. I have no idea why 
it's using POST, and I doubt they do either, but possibly they started 
using POST when they failed to get Redirects to work.

There is no chance whatsoever that a signed message without one will work 
and there is nothing you can do to make it work. It's their bug.
