Unable to render logout.jsp Page::IdP3.1.1

Regardless there is no support for "External" logout. If you want to
transition control to something else from the IdP, you have to modify
logout.vm to make that happen or delete logout.vm and put in a JSP view
into WEB-INF/jsp.
