Windows 2012R2 and SP 2.5.4

Hi,

I have just installed SP 2.5.4 on a Windows 2012R2 server (with IIS 8.5) using the 64bit MSI, and while the installer completes, I think it may have failed to complete successfully. It has carried out steps 1 - 3 listed here<https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPWindowsIIS7Installer> but when browsing to the test page (https://localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status) it can't find it.

Any ideas what I may be missing?
