Testshib Dummy Users Email Attribute

We don’t release that information since it was once private and personally identifying.  It was historically populated with real attributes.  It was used to associate users with entries prior to the implementation of the file-based approach.

Totally.  You could use any kind of responder that you would like.  It just needs to come back with the same principal name, and you could hardwire one for everyone trivially with built-in support, but connecting that to TestShib would require SP configuration.
