Merging two attributes in Shibboleth2 SP

Hi,

I'm using precompiled Debian package named "libapache2-mod-shib2" & I'd like
to merge two incoming attributes from IdP into a new one and that one send
to AttributeResolver as attributeId.

I've found this thread:

& I'd love to write custom resolver plugin, but I dunno how :/ ... I've
already fetched the packages "libshibresolver-dev" & "libshibsp-dev", but
only some header files appeared in "/usr/include/shibsp" and
"/usr/include/shibresolver"

Any suggestions?

Or isn't there any other solution to my needs? I mean to be capable of
creating new merged attribute on the fly?
