Question on response status codes on auth failure

Very good observation.
I think I messed up here.
I first interpreted 1 and 2 as the first and second layer of nested codes,
but it clearly relates to SAML1 and SAML2.
In the SAML2 config there is already AuthnFaild configured, but it is
still nested under a ³Responder² error. That behaviour seems to be
hard-coded. Or?
