CAS logout URI and relation to IdP session

That's correct in terms of protocol support. On the other hand, SLO is a
feature that many CAS consumers have come to expect and even rely upon, so
the comment on the Wiki is correct in the broad sense of what's in 3.1.1 is
incomplete. I should update that page to more accurately reflect protocol
versus def-facto features like SLO. In any case I'm optimistic we'll have
SLO for 3.2.0.
