shibd.log is blank when testing IdP at sp.testshib.org

There was a variety of interestingly crafted metadata, but that wasn't the root cause.  The specific issue was apparently the removal of permissions on the /var/log/shibboleth log directory, probably as part of an update, which caused the shell script to be unable to read the file.  I did a shotgun chmod 755 -R on /var/log/shibboleth until Kevin and his actual clue come around to mop up after me.

If your metadata has been removed, please check its semantic validity -- it's all schema-valid -- and upload it again.

TestShib should be fully back in service.  Scott's earlier comments about the underlying support model here are valid and true from my chair.
