Customising login page in IdP v3

I'm trying to do this now all bar 2 of our SPs are working with the new IdP. I tried editing the file index.jsp in the shibb-distribution/webapp folder, and ran bin/build.sh. It said it was rebuilding the war file, but this file doesn't include my change (just the footer text, for now).

Also, how can I remove the 'about this service' bit from appearing on the login page?
