Thank you for your reply Rod Widdowson.

Now we are sending* SAML Request in 3.1.1*  to
http://localhost:8080/idp/profile/SAML2/POST/SSO (sample SAML Request is
given below ).Also we have registered* externalAuthnPath* at
*external-authn-config.xml* file(ContextRelative path is our own servlet
which will help us render login.jsp).
However,we are unable to render login.jsp from IdP3.1.1  .We received below
error at the browser ::Web Login Service - Unsupported RequestThe
application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service.
