Errors during upgrade IdP 2.4.0 to 3.1.1

            Sorry Rod , Now i copied the content from
/dest/metadata-providers.xml.dist  file to  conf/metadata-providers.xml

     Yes as per your suggestion now the content of  relying-party.xml is
 from my IdP v2.4 set up
now i get rid of all my previously posted errors from idp.process
                         Also one more change we did at
services.properties, ie..
 idp.service.relyingparty.resources =
shibboleth.LegacyRelyingPartyResolverResources

Now we are able to render status page of IdP3.1.1 (
http://localhost:8080/idp/profile/status)
Please confirm whether our changes are correct so that we can go ahead
