Clustering means treating more than one server as one logical entity.
So it's only one IDP, meaning only one set of keys and metadata.
Also DNS ruond robin is /not/ a method for load balancing, it's load
distribution at best. So if DNS RR is what you're after I wouldn't
bother to even cluster.
