It doesn't matter how you do it, but it has to be right and it has to be 
supplied to the IdP. At the moment, it's not supplied or it's not right 
(meaning the entityID you're using is not what's in the metadata).

I don't know what that even means.

The IdP, whatever it is (testshib?), does not have metadata loaded for 
that SP. That's it. You didn't supply it, or it didn't take, or it didn't 
get supplied correctly.
