Windows - IDP with AD against TestShib

Hello,

I'm trying to configure a Shibboleth IDP on windows Server 2012 r2 using Active directory and test the configuration using TestShib. I successfully get to the User/Pass flow, but upon entering my credentials I get the following error in the UI:

Web Login Service - Error
An error occurred: ActionExecutionException


I've used the default configuration based on the windows Installer for 3.1.1.2 and added TestShib as the Metadata provider.  I've attached the warning log to this email.
