RelyingPartyByTag require multiple entity attribute values

Probably not with the built-in bean, it would take some custom wiring 
that's admittedly fairly ugly (thats why the helper bean is there). I'll 
look at whether there's any way to extend the code to handle both, but 
either way I'll give you an example once I have a moment today.
