All we should really do is provide a copy/paste stanza now, I guess.

These cause significant problems amongst deployers who use browsers that like to insert hidden, corrupt characters(e.g. all of them) or those who don't understand structured XML and have trouble figuring out where to place it.  That, in addition to the educational value of making the change yourself, is why we documented it that way.
