You are still using the old Xerces/Xalan we stopped requiring that in 2.4.3 (see https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPConfigurationChanges#IdPConfigurationChanges-EliminationofXerces-JandXalanDependencies)

If you can, you should unendorse those jars.  If you cannot there is a way to configure around this, but we'd advise against it.  Look about 40 lines down in the idp.properties file
