Thanks, Scott.  Any idea why I have to have ADFS IDPs set it to SHA1 to connect to me?

Yes, far as I'm aware you have to go back a fair bit further. I think when we looked into it, it looked like every version of 2 included a new enough OpenSSL for that, but I'm sure 2.4.3 does.
