Issues getting PagerDuty which uses SAML 2.0 to talk to Shibboleth IDP.

So I am still totally confused here.

My email system is wrapping the URL and when it does it is adding in all these extra characters?

Otherwise, are you then saying my ACS URL for HTTP-POST if my idp hostname is fssfedidpdev.al.ge.com should be 
https:// fssfedidpdev.al.ge.com/sso/saml/consume =  + entityID + /sso/saml/consume
and the Location in my metadata should be
https:// fssfedidpdev.al.ge.com/sso/saml/consume =  + index=0

Really still confused on where all that mess in those 2 URLs you gave me came from
