Error Starting SP

Good day.

I have built an IdP and it is running. I then installed SP on server where
protected resource is. 
Used defaults for setup (both pieces running Windows Server).
Made changes to Attribute-map.xml and Shibboleth2.xml to account for using
samAccountName.
Did not do anything with pre-made certificates.

As far as the no Metadata Provider available, not sure what to do there yet.
