Concurrency Error

Need help with a estrange behavior we are having from time to time and don't know where else to go. We configure the Kerberos login handle for Shibboleth<https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2?src=breadcrumbs-homepage> and we are using version 2.4. The application is working very nice but sometimes we get the following issue

  *   User "user1" is authenticated to his desktop to his domain
  *   In a normal scenario, "User1" opens the application and he gets into it without any problem. Kerberos + Shibboleth do the job, well done
  *   Few (very few) scenarios, user1 opens the application and gets into the application as "user2". User1, and User2 never share the same desktop and their principals are totally different
My guess is that some sort of concurrency problem is happening, but have no way to tell for sure. I will really appreciate any lead into the problem
