shibboleth.Conditions.RelyingPartyId regex?

/should/ have the same constructors as
net.shibboleth.idp.profile.logic.RelyingPartyIdPredicate?

A bean whose parent is shibboleth.RelyingPartyIdRegexPredicate should also
have the same constructors?
