Shibboleth 3 SAML Response Debugging

Hmm, doing more digging I found that I hadn't commented out the
encryption key/cert in credentials.xml
However whenever I've done that, I get a BeanCreationException in
response to it not finding it, even when I comment the items from
idp.properties too.
Is there something else that needs done for that part?
