I know the docs were written on top of 9.1 and/or 9.2, 9.3 just came out recently. It would be a little surprising if anything major changed, but it's possible. Most software projects don't seem to see minor releases as fundamentally different from majors. At least Jetty tends not to change their patch releases as much as Tomcat does.
