idpselect.js

I have difficulties with idpselect.js in this  page
https://portalsp.acs.ncsu.edu

It should populate idpSelect div with options as configured in
https://portalsp.acs.ncsu.edu/shibboleth-ds/idpselect_config.js

It works on Mac (with opera exception) and it works on chromium on debian.
However it does not work with firefox on debian (tried jessie default
verions, mozzila repository with 39.0 version and nightly build).

Firefox debugger tells me this:

Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its
detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help
http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/ idpselect.js:14:0
TypeError: aq(...) is undefined idpselect.js:14:9168


I am unable to file in issues in shibbolteth issue tracker, so hopefully
this is the right place to ask, if not, please let me know.
