Issues getting PagerDuty which uses SAML 2.0 to talk to Shibboleth IDP.

Hello Scott:

	I have been through the IDP logs from beginning to end and the only errors I see are in the 	
	IDP error log that I attached.   It looks like the Relying Party info loads properly in the other logs
	But still no error other that the ones in the logs I attached.

The request was invalid and you didn't really provide any sort of trace, so the answer is what's in the log, there's nothing else to say really based on so little information.
