TestShib SP Resuscitated

All,

The TestShib SP exploded during what was seemingly an inadvertent load test.  The offender’s metadata has been quarantined as a precautionary measure; if your metadata is in the pound, you’ll know it, and you can just upload a new copy.

Please don’t use TestShib as a load testing resource.  It’s running on a frail VM in some boiler room I mean boiling-hot server room somewhere and is not intended to support heavy loads.
