IdPv3 FlowExecutionRestorationFailureException

Hi all,

One of our early IdPv3 production deployers in the federation is seeing
the error below "quite often" in idp-process.log. He has seen no obvious
authentication failures neither received user complaints. Does anyone
have a clue what could trigger it?
